COVID-19 Information for our Clients

Due to the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, at ScubaCaribe we have taken safety precautions to ensure the wellbeing of all our customers and employees to give you confidence and peace of mind for a memorable experience with us.

We follow the health & safety protocols by the local governments and those of our hotel partners, as well as the recommendations by PADI and DAN.

Please bear in mind that each country may have their own legal and health requirements, therefore please be aware that there may be some minor differences to the protocol, as well as to usual activities and services we offer on our website. When booking your activity with ScubaCaribe, you indicate your agreement to these potential changes.

These safety and hygiene protocols act as a guide for diving & water sports operations as they reopen post COVID-19, providing details about each service area and how they can apply the new measures in their daily work to offer the highest possible safety guarantees to all guests.

These protocols will continue to develop and be updated in line with the latest available information as the situation develops and as we know more about it.

A summary of the health protocol can be reviewed here

Our divers and student divers are required to complete a medical questionnaire upon arrival, which can be previewed here to ensure that they are fit for diving, in case they need to present a medical statement, including if they’ve ever been diagnosed with COVID-19.

We are looking forward to welcoming you!
