At the foot of Mount Morne Brabant, a designated UNESCO world-heritage site, Le Morne’s well developed infrastructure, tropical marine climate, rich flora and exotic fauna, as well as amazing natural attractions provide a true oasis for its guests.
Besides relaxing on the beach and in the warm crystal-clear waters, this place is great for scuba diving, due to its rich underwater life. For big fish encounters and some adrenaline, enjoy a drift dive at the Pass St. Jacques where bull sharks, barracudas and grey and white-tip reef sharks are often spotted. Wreck divers will appreciate the historic Hoi Siong No 6 at the bottom of the Indian Ocean at a depth of 29 m/ 95 ft, where barracuda regularly patrol and other species provide a haven for underwater photographers.
